Defects in Quantity or Appearance
Our warranty covers a period of 7 days from the delivery date. Customers are required to inspect the received goods immediately. In the event of any issues, such as breakage, missing items, or damaged packaging, customers must promptly notify Refinelash.
Eyelash Curl Warranty
- For classic lashes, we offer a 2-year warranty for lash curl. Customers must provide photographic evidence of a curl loss exceeding 20% in a box, and we will dispatch replacements for the affected boxes.
- In the case of pre-made lashes, we provide a 1-year warranty for lash curl. The return and replacement process is managed for curl loss exceeding 50% in a box, with all shipping costs covered by us.
Other Warranty Scenarios
- Strip lashes are guaranteed for 15 uses within 2 months. Customers are eligible for free replacements if breakage occurs before reaching the 15-use limit, supported by photographic evidence.
- Tweezers come with an accidental damage warranty, available for $5 USD per piece at the time of purchase. Unlimited replacements are offered within 1 year for accidental damage or misalignment, provided evidence is provided.
Warranty Procedure
- Step 1: Customers inform our sales representative about the condition of the goods, submitting photos and videos of any defects or incorrect items received.
- Step 2: Upon reviewing the provided evidence, we promptly respond with the most appropriate solution, offering guidance to minimize further damage. Detailed return instructions, including terms and conditions based on the extent of the defects, are provided.
