Return Procedures
If a customer is dissatisfied with the products, we accept merchandise returns within 15 days of purchase for most orders.
Goods that have been damaged
If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please follow these simple steps:
1. Photograph the item(s) (s)
2. Send the photo(s) along with your REFINELASH reference number to [email protected].
3. Our REFINELASH team will contact you to arrange for the product to be returned. After receiving and reviewing the item(s), you will either receive your new items (for exchange) or a refund for the purchase. Refunds will be made directly to the bank account that was used to make the purchase. Once the return has been processed, an email will be sent to notify you. The refund process will take 7 days.
Cancellation Policy for Orders
Order cancellation requests are not always appreciated.
As a wholesale eyelash manufacturer and supplier, we strive to complete each order process as quickly as possible so that the products can be delivered to customers in a reasonable amount of time. Please read our return policy before purchasing.
